How are these services paid for?
All of our visits and services can be covered through Medicare and Medicaid. We are looking to expand our insurance options, and will update this page when needed. Private pay is also an option. We’re here to help you find the coverage or payment options you need, no matter your situation. Med Zeppelin can guide you through programs like Medicaid, CHIP, MAP, or MAP Basic so you can get the care you deserve.
How soon can someone make a visit?
We are often able to schedule visits within a week time, but these times can vary. The best way to learn about our schedule is to contact us!
What counties do you service?
We are currently serving the following counties: Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Hays, Bell, Burnet, Lampasas, and Caldwell Counties.
Do I need to bring any documentation with me to my appointment?
You should bring for each person being seen by our care providers:
-ID
-Any insurance information (Medicare Card, Medicaid Card, insurance card)
-Social Security card if Medicare card is unavailable
